Ndimbira Claudine is an artist from Rwanda. At the age of 7 years old she started to write poems to her school, that’s when she became interested in writing more than anything else. Her dream was to be able to understand what happens so films can be done. In her childhood she had a favorite film “Home alone”
At 15 years old she wrote her first song that she recorded in 2012, but music didn’t take so much of her time like writing stories for small books, sketches and short films. It was obvious to everyone who had the chance to read her writings, that she was really talented. The encouragement of her parents also gave her strength to work hard and fight for arriving where she wanted.
After her secondary studies in History, Economics and Geography she followed short course in digital filmmaking at Kwetu film Institute. She had a credit of a script supervisor in the film called Special thieves produced at the end of the courses.
In 2013, the year of success for her she went in Luxor International Film Festival in Egypt in the animation workshop mentored by Mohammed Ghazala and Amgad Abd Elmohsen.
In 2014 She attended Maisha Screenwriting lab in Rwanda.
